The hotel had a spacious and luxurious room with great amenities like a balcony and onsen, perfect for relaxation. the friendly staff and cocktail bar made for a pleasant stay. the restaurant had delicious Okinawan dishes.
The clear glass doors to the bathroom and shower were a major issue for privacy. This aspect made it difficult for families or groups to stay comfortably.

Spent Easter weekend at a hotel with amazing amenities. The spa service was just what I needed to relax and recharge. The staff was friendly and always eager to help me. The location was also great - it was easy to get to from the airport and close to many restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of healthy options. One of the best parts of the stay was the stunning view from my room - it was a great way to start my day.
That I had to ask for directions around the area frequently. Some of the staff members had a hard time understanding English, which made communication a little frustrating.

The food and spa services were fantastic! the hotel had a great breakfast with lots of savory and healthy options. Plus, the spa service was impressive and so relaxing. It was a treat to be surrounded by such a clean and elegant ambiance.
The lack of vegetarian food options. After a long travel day, I was really looking forward to dining in, but there was no substantial non-meat meal available.
